Working the Lead Manager
Statuses, values, assignment, bulk actions, saved views and export.
The Lead Manager (Leads in the sidebar) is where captured and manually-added leads get worked.
Statuses and values
Every lead moves through new → contacted → qualified → quoted → won / lost. Change status straight from the table's dropdown. Click a quote value to edit it inline; add sales value on the lead's detail page when it closes. These values power the revenue numbers in your reports.
Assignment and alerts
The Assigned column routes a lead to a teammate by name. Anyone can switch on lead alerts for an account from their Profile page — a "New lead" email arrives seconds after each submission.
Filters, views, export
Filter by status, type, date range, or search contacts. Any filter combination can be saved as a view (private to you). Export CSV downloads exactly what the current filters show.
Bulk actions
Tick rows (or select-all) for Archive, Mark as spam, or Delete. Archived leads keep their data and restore from the Archived toggle; spam-flagged leads live behind the Spam toggle and are excluded from every report. Delete is permanent.
Spam
Suspicious submissions (honeypot hits, rapid-fire repeats) are flagged automatically and hidden by default. False positive? Open the Spam view and click Not spam — it returns to your numbers immediately.
Manual leads
Add lead records phone-call enquiries or walk-ins by hand, with the same statuses and values as tracked leads.
